Production Process
Raw Material
Our well trained quality controllers will consistently check the raw materials and will only allowed approved materials to enter the production’s area. This is to ensure and retain our product’s quilty.
Vacuum Forming Process
Our skilled personnel and machine operators do always run the productions in correct setup. They will always bear in mind to set the corect paramters on heater and pressure gauges. Furthermore, our quality conrollers will also constantly perform routine inspection during the production. If the products were found below the customer’s expectations and requirements, the machine will be reconfigured and reset.
Die-Cut Proses
In this process or stage, all the formed plastic sheets will be cut into individual part or piecs, in form or trays, blister packs, clamshell, covers and containers and etc. (according to customers requirments).
Final Quality Control And Packing Process
In this satge, the end-products will be check thoroughly by our QC personnel before pack it for delivery. All the goods will be packed using cartons or plastics bags (depends on customers requirement) and will be labeled wih stickers that carries information such as products specifications and quantities.
Warehouse
Finally, all the packed goods will be arranged accordingly to ship and delivery schedule. At the same time these goods will be recorded in our computer-based invetory system so we can act quickly in fulfilling our cusomers JIT (just in time) requirements as well.
